Cancellation Policy

Classes

we require 10 days notice to cancel your place in a class. A $50 administration fee will be charged to process the cancellation and the remainder of the class fee will be returned to you. If you cancel less than 10 days before the start of your first class we are unable to offer you a refund.

Membership

Members are able to cancel at any time, however, we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the month that has already been paid. To ensure you cancel your membership in time, please cancel your membership at least a week before it is set to auto renew.

Missing a class

When signing-up to a 6 week class, please make sure you’re able to attend all of the sessions. We do not offer any make-up classes to students who are unable to attend for whatever reason.

Conduct and behaviour

This is an inclusive community space and we want everyone to feel welcome and safe. We have a zero tolerance for discriminatory language or behaviour.

We encourage everyone to introduce themselves to each other and help each other out as needed.

Please bring headphones if you want to listen to music/podcasts and be mindful of other people in the space.

We reserve the right to refuse entry and participation to members or attendees if they fail to meet our guidelines for conduct and behaviour.

Age requirements

Our studio is an 18+ space. Some exceptions may be made for youth 16-17 years old who attend with an adult that is 18+. Have questions, feel free to reach out.
